Article 3 – Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded between Fatima & Aisha and the Consumer.

These Terms are available on our website and can be saved on a durable medium.

Article 4 – Offer

All offers presented in the Fatima & Aisha store are non-binding and subject to change.

Product descriptions are prepared with the utmost care. Images are for illustrative purposes only — actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings.

Prices do not include any applicable customs duties or import taxes, which may be charged by the destination country.

Article 5 – Conclusion of the Agreement

The agreement is concluded once the Consumer places and pays for the order.

After placing an order, the Consumer will receive an order confirmation by email.

Fatima & Aisha reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of product unavailability or suspected misuse.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

The item should be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging where possible.

Article 7 – Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Consumer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment.

Article 8 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to personalized products, hygiene items once opened, and products made to order.

Article 9 – Prices and Taxes

The store does not charge VAT.
Products are shipped from outside the UAE, which may result in additional customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the Consumer.

Article 10 – Warranty and Complaints

Products are covered by a warranty in accordance with applicable laws.

Complaints must be submitted by email within 14 days of receiving the product.

Article 11 – Delivery

Order processing and delivery typically take 8–14 days.

Products are shipped directly from an external supplier located outside the UAE.
