Please read this Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
At Fatima & Aisha, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We understand that a product may not always fully meet your expectations. That’s why we offer the option to return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable laws.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
These costs may be up to approximately 200 AED, depending on the country of origin, the selected carrier, and the size of the package. This amount is an estimate and is provided to help avoid any unexpected charges.
As part of our logistics operates outside the UAE, return shipping costs may be higher than for domestic shipments.
We recommend contacting our support team by email in advance so we can help you find the most cost-effective return option. Detailed return instructions, including the return address and shipping requirements, can be found further below on this page.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed due to our automated order processing system.
If you decide not to keep your order, you may return it after delivery in accordance with this Returns Policy.
How can I return my order?
Step 1: Complete the return form
Go to the online return form and complete all required fields. This will allow us to process your return quickly and efficiently.
Step 2: Return the item
After submitting the form, you will receive an email with further instructions. Please include a copy of your order confirmation in the package and send the return with a tracking number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Step 3: Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund within up to 5 business days.
Unclaimed Shipment or Refused Delivery
If a shipment is refused or not collected within the specified time, the order will be considered returned.
In such cases, the seller reserves the right to deduct actual logistics costs, including shipping, return, and handling fees, which typically range from approximately 80 AED to 140 AED, depending on the type of shipment.
The seller may deduct incurred costs up to the total value of the order.
In justified cases, and upon the customer’s request, a one-time reshipment may be arranged at no additional cost.

Additional Guidelines

The item must be complete, unused, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

Orders paid in full with a gift card are not eligible for return or exchange.

We recommend keeping your proof of shipment until the return process has been completed.
Hygiene Products
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used, unsealed, or damaged intimate items (including bras, underwear, and similar products). This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos showing the issue. We will work with you to find the best solution.
